support -- input gates appearing in an SLP expression

Usage:

support f
Inputs:
- f, an instance of the type Gate, a gate expression
Outputs:
- L, a list, the list of non-constant input gates appearing in f

Description

Returns the input gates that occur in a gate expression, excluding constant input gates. This is useful for determining which variables an expression depends on.

i1 : declareVariable \ {x,y,z}

o1 = {x, y, z}

o1 : List

i2 : f = (x-y)^2 + 3*z

o2 = (((x + (-1 * y)) * (x + (-1 * y))) + (3 * z))
